Do not recommend Positive: This was the worst experience I have ever had, and it is difficult to know where to begin. Upon arrival, we attempted to access the property using the instructions and access code provided, but the code did not work despite multiple attempts. We tried to contact the landlord for approximately 30 minutes with no response. When we finally managed to reach the landlady, communication was extremely poor. We struggled to understand her, and the instructions she gave were unclear and unhelpful. As a result, we were unable to enter the property for nearly an hour, despite it being around 10 p.m. and very cold outside. Eventually, the landlady contacted someone else to come and open the property for us. However, once inside, we encountered another issue accessing the room. When we finally entered, the room was dirty and clearly not cleaned. We sent photos to the owner, and instead of offering assistance or a solution, we were told that we should reconsider staying there. We received no meaningful help from either the property owners or Booking.com. Exhausted, cold, and frustrated in the middle of the night, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. To make matters worse, although the booking was made at the beginning of December, we have still not received a refund more than a month later. Overall, neither the property owners nor the booking platform were helpful, and this experience was completely unacceptable.
